Upon receipt of your booking enquiry Wings In Motion Photo Expeditions will send you an availability confirmation and full payment details. Due to the limited number of places available on our photo expedition your deposit will be required within 10 days of booking confirmation. If your selected photo expedition is fully booked you have the option of being placed on a waiting list in case of unforeseen cancellations or selecting an alternative photo expedition.

Your booking confirmation will include an information pack containing:

- day by day itinerary,

- facts and travel tips for the photo expedition,

- what you need to bring for a successful photo expedition,

- Terms and Conditions.

Payment details
A 25% deposit will be required within 10 days of booking confirmation and full payment will be required 60 days prior to the first day of the photo expedition. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.
